Rich returned to WLC in the fall of 2013; serving as Vice President of Advancement, he leads the Development team, Office of Marketing and Communication, and strategic planning for the college. Rich’s passion is finding and developing resources and avenues to help WLC grow and prepare more Christian servant leaders.

Vickie joined WLC and the Development team in 2007. She serves as the Director of Development Services, where she directs a team to provide support services for fundraising and special event activities, including gift entry and acknowledgement, general event support, maintenance of the donor and alumni database, and support for gift officers and the vice president.

After a five-year career in marketing, Lisa joined the Development team in 2004 as the Director of Alumni Relations. She enjoys building relationships with fellow graduates and providing opportunities for alumni to remain active members of their WLC family. Once a Warrior, always a Warrior!

Katie started working with the Development Team in 2024, where she serves as the Development Services Coordinator. Her responsibilities include supporting the team in fundraising and special events, managing gift entry and acknowledgment, providing general event support, and maintaining the donor and alumni databases. Katie is grateful for the opportunity to support the mission of WLC as well as its students, faculty, and staff.

Jeff has served in the Offices of Admissions and Development at WLC. He has witnessed first hand how WLC graduates are impacting their homes, workplaces, churches, and communities as Christian servant leaders. He enjoys serving the college as a Major Gifts Officer, securing scholarship and program support for these emerging leaders.

Aaron joined WLC in August 2016 as a Major Gifts Officer, and is now the Director of Corporate Partnerships. Aaron’s mission with corporate partnerships is to provide students, faculty, and staff with a network of trusted business resources, generate increased support for WLC and its programs, and deliver value and service to our corporate partners, while exhibiting Christian leadership, honesty, and integrity.

Jonathan returned to serve in the Office of Development in January 2019. Jonathan cultivates annual giving by creating effective communications which share the impact of donors’ gifts; produces fundraising, stewardship, and outreach events; and provides research and writing support. He is dedicated to supporting and sharing WLC's mission of Christ-centered higher education.

Loni returned to WLC in 2006, and served for 10 years as the Fine Arts Events Manager. Since 2016, in her current role as the General Manager of Fine Arts Programming and Operations, Loni’s greatest joy is working with the students as they grow into Christian servant leaders. She feels blessed to bring her passion for the arts to her work in Fine Arts programming and donor relations.

Jeremy joined the WLC team in 2016 as the Executive Director of the Center for Christian Leadership. He leads the Christian Leadership Certificate Program, Leadership Speaker Series, Serve2Lead Impact Challenge, facilitates leadership scholarships, and assists the Development team. Jeremy’s passion is coaching, mentoring and connecting with people to help them grow as Christian servant leaders and celebrating their success.
